Location: IAPA, 883 Tungsten Street, Thunder Bay, ON Organized by the IAPA What’s Bill 168 and what does it mean for Ontario workplaces? Bill 168, An Act to amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act with respect to violence and harassment in the workplace, will require employers to develop and implement policies and programs to address and prevent workplace violence and harassment. IAPA will be holding a number of Management Briefings and half-day Workshops across the province to help employers and workers understand and prepare for Bill 168 requirements. The interactive workshops help firms address workplace violence and harassment by integrating Bill 168 requirements into their existing health and safety policies and programs. Participants will be provided with a variety of tools and resources designed to enhance their current programs. COST: $144 for member firms; $160 for non-member firms
