Much has been written about the pros and cons of Software as a Service (SaaS), a method of deploying HR software. Simply put, SaaS is an application that is developed and hosted by the software provider and made available to its customers over the Internet. But to those organizations considering or using SaaS for HR systems, it is not that simple. While SaaS has its advantages, especially in today’s economy when companies are looking to manage implementation costs and ongoing support fees, it also has its challenges. Our panel of practitioners will discuss their experiences in using SaaS: considerations when making the buying decision; it’s benefits and disadvantages; and perspectives and insights on managing SaaS applications. By attending the webinar you will gain a better understanding of SaaS as well as the best practices and lessons learned from three organizations representing different industries and company sizes.

He has over 30 years of Human Resource management experience, as well as over 25 years of HRMS experience. He has implemented, used and advocated the SaaS platform model for over 10 years, having first presented at an IHRIM conference on the implementation of an SaaS system in 1998.
