 Get The Lead Out Challenge One-On-One is an ideal strategy for upwardly mobile business professionals who are ready to make some changes and could use the help of a confidential thinking partner to create a plan and follow through. Managers, VP's, directors and CEO's in public and private sector have worked with Executive Coach Cathy Shaughnessy to:
• Align their divisional goals to organizational strategic objectives
• Assess and develop their global leadership style
• Prepare for (and reach) the next step in their career path
• Deliver outstanding presentations at high level corporate events
• Tackle tough senior leadership team conflicts
• Improve individual and team capacity
It's a mini-coaching plan that combines results-based executive coaching with strategies that coaching clients have used over the years to make long-lasting changes in their professional lives. The 15 week program will require only 15 minutes of your time each day and 30 minutes each month. By investing approximately $1250 participants will receive:
• An initial 30 minute orientation call
• A coaching assignment sent directly to your email inbox each week for 15 weeks
• A coaching journal to track your actions and progress
• Five 30 minute one-on-one coaching calls, one every 3 weeks
